Sign Up Genius

SignUp Genius is the calendar program we use for members to sign-up as a HOSTESS for CASUAL PLAY days.

The calendar is free to use, so please ignore all of the pop-up advertisements.  

STEP 1: You must first sign up for a SignUp Genius account. To do this, click on the button below to go to the SignUp Genius website. Once there, follow the instructions to set up your free account.

STEP 2: Select the day you want to HOST CASUAL PLAY in the SignUp Genius Calendar. We ask that you host three days a year. New members are not required to host the first six months of membership.

  • in LIST VIEW : select your day and click SIGNUP. Be sure to click SAVE, then continue to follow the prompts.
  • in CALENDAR VIEW : select your day and click SIGNUP. In the pop-up screen, select SIGNUP again, then click SAVE and continue to follow the prompts.

SignUp Genius will send a confirmation email, and then a reminder email to the hostess 2 weeks before their big day.

How to Sign Up for a SignUpGenius account:

Start here: SignUpGenius/Register

  1. Complete the Registration Form
  2. Click the “Activate Your Account” button in the Account SetUp Confirmation Email
  3. After successfully logging in, you can allow the browser to save the log in details

Hostess Sign Up

  • Click to go to SignUpGenius
  • Choose either ‘List View’ or ‘Calendar View’
      • .            Use the ‘List View’ to see who has signed up to host.
  • Pick a date and click SIGN ON
  • All members are required to sign up to Host 3 events each year
  • SignUpGenius will email a reminder two weeks before the event

Sign Up Deletions

    • Open your original Confirmation email from SignupGenius.
    • Click the “Edit My Signup” button in the lower left corner.
    • You will be taken to the signup page for your date.
    • Click the DELETE button.
    • Then click YES, DELETE on the confirm deletion screen
    • A delete confirmation will be sent to the Casual Play Coordinator
    • A hostess can easily make changes to their signups through their own Sign-Up Genius Account
