During the RSVP Invitation Timeline:

• Respond promptly to the Casual Play Punchbowl invitation and answer the poll question if available.
• Read the entire invitation making special note of the cancellation deadline and Hostess credit card requirements.
• Communicate with the Hostess any special requests so she can place you in the correct group (1st tee time, leaving early, prefer your own cart, walking, pairing request, etc.)
• Plan to arrive 20 to 30 minutes before the tee time.
• If your plans change and you must cancel, see below.

Before the Cancellation Deadline:

• Log into your Punchbowl account on either a desktop computer, tablet or your phone; or re-load the original invitation and change your rsvp status from a to a
• Please watch the iPhone video at left that illustrates how to change your RSVP from a “YES” to a “NO” using the Punchbowl app.

After the Cancellation Deadline:

• Please contact the Hostess by sending a message via email, phone or text; and,
• Log into your Punchbowl account on either a desktop computer, tablet or your phone; or re-load the original invitation and change your rsvp status from a to a
• Please watch the iPhone video at left that illustrates how to change your RSVP from a “YES” to a “NO” using the Punchbowl app.
• Call the Proshop and let them know that you were included in the final count and will not make it.

 If the Hostess does not have a replacement for you, she might be charged a late cancellation fee. Members are responsible to reimburse the Hostess for any charges incurred due to a late cancellation.
