San Ramon Women’s Golf Club 21st Annual Breast Cancer Tournament

All are welcome – bring your Husbands, Wives, Co-workers, Friends and Family to join in the fun! All proceeds from Tee Sponsors, Raffle and Silent Auction will go to the John Muir Health Breast Center.

When:	Monday, October 8
Where:	Crow Canyon Country Club, 711 Silver Lake Drive, Danville
Entry Fee:	$100.00 per player
Check In:	7:00 am – Coffee and donuts available
Shotgun:	8:00 am Shotgun Start
Includes:	Golf w/cart, Lunch & Prizes
Entries Close:	Saturday, September 22nd – After September 22nd, contact Kay Middleton for availability
Format:	3 Flights: all Male Teams, all Female Teams, & Combo Teams
Texas Shamble:	On each hole select the best drive then play your own ball to the hole.

If you don’t have a team of 4 players, a team will be made for you.

If you have anything that you would like to donate for the Silent Auction or Raffle please let us know. Tee Sponsors are available for $100.

100% of the proceeds from Tee Sponsors, Raffle and Silent Auction will go to the John Muir Health Breast Center.
