Tournament Coordinator’s Recap:
With the hot temperatures and the lightning-fast greens, Cinnabar Hills proved to be a beautiful but formidable foe! We played the “Lake/Canyon” courses, and the food and beverage at the course was delicious. The “Museum” area that surrounded the dining room was packed with amazing golf memorabilia from candid pictures, equipment, and even a Green Jacket. Quite the treat! The pro shop had many nice items as well. Our format was “Hot Rocks”, a play on the Las Vegas format which takes the two low nets of a team and arranges them in order of low to high. So if a team scored a low net 3 and 4, the team score was a 34 for that hole, so don’t be shocked when you see the winning scores!
