Cinnabar Hills Golf Club, named for the rich, red ore mined there during the 1800’s, is a collection of three well-maintained and distinctive nine-hole golf courses: Lake, Canyon and Mountain. They are peacefully tucked in and around the hills with each hole crafted to maintain the natural slope of the area and to protect the wildlife residing there. Hundreds of old oaks were incorporated into the layout and seedlings from thoses oaks were nurtured and planted to further enhance the landscape. Inspiring the golf club’s logo, red-tailed hawks can be seen flying over the course or even perched in a tree.
