Mark your calendars for Friday, Sept. 8th, when Walnut Creek Village takes over Boundary Oak Golf Course – to play golf, have fun and support seniors who want to take charge of their own future!

Walnut Creek Village is a community-based member-supported, non-profit network of elders who live in Walnut Creek, Alamo and immediately adjacent sections of Pleasant Hill and Concord, California. Their mission is to provide independent living resources and social connections to their members so they can remain in their homes and neighborhoods they love as they grow older.
