Boundary Oaks Tournament
STAND Fundraiser

FWGA has chosen STAND to be one our charities this year and we are sponsoring a tournament on their behalf June 29th at Boundary Oaks. STAND is an organization that strives to help Contra Costa families who are vulnerable or at risk. They provide shelter and a number of programs and resources for victims escaping violent homes, with a focus of Rebuilding Lives.

STAND has provided us with a Wish List. If you can help with any of these items you can either bring them to the tournament or contact Liz Riddle @ 925-381-1645.

Cash donations
Guest passes for zoos, museums, parks and other attractions (for their youth programs)
Bus, BART passes – useful for parents to get to and from job interviews.
Gift cards – GAS, Target, Home Depot, Grocery stores
Home supplies – specifically Toilet paper, paper towels, airtight food storage containers, trash cans for bedroom/bathrooms, bath rugs.
Clothing/Shoes – specifically Flip flops and Slippers (adult women); new shoes (female adult and children); socks (all sizes); Women and children pajamas; Women’s jogging suits (size M, L, XL)
Misc. items – specifically waterproof mattress pads and sheet sets (twin sizes); new towel sets; journals; bulletin boards, hangers; pictures for walls.
